Neal, Sydney was my Mother's hometown. It really is a lovely place, especially the beach life. I hope you were able to look around in the area of the Opera House. I recall a lovely botanical garden not far from that area.
As I checked internet weather when you arrived in north Australia, I saw a cyclone forecast around the northeast area and on down toward Brisbane. I worried, of course! Soon you will begin "the rest of your trip" which will be homeward bound. Cheerio! Diane

Oh Neal...Australia! I sure hope you were able to get off the boat to wander around some there. That's one place I would LOVE to visit.
