Jerez, Spain

I first visited this city when the Eclipse docked in Cadiz in September 2010. I took the excursion again today just for the pleasure of visiting Bodegas Tradicion one more time. And to get out of today's boat drill.

Bodegas Tradicion in Jerez is a small producer of sherry,
all of which is aged 20 years or more.

95% of their sherry output is dry. The remaining 5% is called Pedro Ximenez,
the sweet stuff. I bought a few bottles.
